Position Summary: We seek a creative individual as lead project coordinator providing administrative support and data administration. Our ideal candidate is motivated, self-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role involves coordinating initiatives, managing client communications, and performing data collection, analysis, and reporting. An organized professional with strong people skills and a background in science, engineering, economic development, project management, and/or consulting will excel here.

Key Responsibilities:

o   Coordinate Initiatives: Manage client consultations, advertise training events, and serve as a liaison between clients and the consulting team.

o   Communication Efforts: Execute communication strategies, including client outreach and event announcements.

o   Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, monitor progress, and resolve issues.

o   Data Administration and Reporting: Maintain project records, process performance reports, and ensure data accuracy.

o   Data Analysis: Collect and interpret project data, generate performance reports, and propose improvements.

o   Strategic Insight: Translate data findings into recommendations to improve project efficiency and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Required:

o   2–3 years of project coordination or management experience with data handling.

o   Advanced Excel skills or other data analysis tools experience.

o   Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

o   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Preferred:

o   BS degree or equivalent training.

o   Experience creating marketing and social media content.

o   Familiarity with CRM software, project tracking, or statistical tools.

o   Event planning experience, primarily virtual.

o   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Desired:

o   Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

o   Experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI for deeper insights.

o   Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term project needs.

Location: The KSEF Executive Director is based in our Lexington, KY headquarters. The KSEF team has a hybrid work policy.
